About Zack Millar

I studied Nutritional Sciences with the option in Nutrition and Dietetics at The Pennsylvania State University. I have obtained a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2020. During my time at Penn State, I was able to work towards and acquire a ServSafe Manger certification with the National Restaurant Association.

 

With years of experience and multiple certifications, I have the knowledge and expertise to create personalized plans for each of his clients. My specializations include weight loss, muscle gain, athletic enhancement and overall health and wellness.

I help individuals who want to improve their health and wellness through personalized nutrition and fitness plans. My clients come from all walks of life, including busy professionals, stay-at-home parents, athletes and retirees.
